How To Stop Worrying About Tomorrow

 A lot of people spend their time worrying about everything, worrying about how things are going to work out tomorrow. Here is what you should understand, worry does not solve anything and this is why you need to stop worrying. Remember that God said in His word that if He cared for the birds of the air, why won't He care about us.

God doesn't want us to worry because of what worry does to us. Worry sets up a magnetic force that brings about everything that is consistent with worry which are fears of negative possibilities. You would realize most times that when you worry, you don't worry because your needs are going to be met, you worry because you're not sure they are going to be met. 

Our mind is where we have unlimited imaginations, it holds our creative power. Worry makes your mind create these negative possibilities, so worry helps make your fears come to pass.

Here are a few tips on how you can stop worrying about tomorrow.

1. LIVE INTENTIONALLY 

Most of the time we worry about today when we've not even made the best out of today. Worry takes away the moment from you and make you see a tomorrow you will be bothered about. Now, what you have to do here is to take hold of the moment, make today worth it, make the best out of today and tomorrow will be definitely worth it.

2. PRACTICE GRATITUDE 

Worry makes your mind imagine negativity but gratitude does the exact opposite. When you practice gratitude, you'd see reasons not to worry because gratitude makes you see the good things around you and why you should be thankful for them.

3. DISCUSS YOUR WORRIES 

A problem shared is a problem half solved. Overtime, I've seen how much talking about my problems with people who are close to me helps. Most times you may not get the answer you seek for but you would realise that the burden is lighter than it was before discussing it.

4. ALWAYS LOOK AT TOMORROW WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE 

A lot of people make the mistake of judging tomorrow with a negative attitude. Always put up a positive attitude while you look out for tomorrow. No matter what happened today always tell yourself that tomorrow will definitely be better.
